Job summary

PT Anabatic Technologies in Indonesia is seeking a Legal Data Privacy Specialist to execute our Personal Data Protection program, perform privacy assessments, and manage documentation to keep processes compliant with regulations and governance standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Law, has 1–2 years of privacy experience, can formulate and implement RoPA, and communicates effectively across divisions to coordinate policy deployment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data privacy and protection.

Execute the Personal Data Protection program by conducting privacy assessments, managing documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, handling incidents, and coordinating with business units on the implementation of data protection policies and procedures. This ensures effective personal data management aligned with regulations, corporate standards, and good governance principles, thereby supporting organizational compliance and minimizing the risk of personal data breaches.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university

Having minimum 1- 2 years working experience related to data privacy and protection in company

Proficient skills in handling Personal Data Protection, also Record of Processing Activites such as formulating its policy or procedures up to implementation in company

Having certification related to Data Privacy and Protection is preferred

Proficient skills in communication, collaboration accross division up to managerial level
