Job summary

Anabatic seeks a strategic leader to head its Personal Data Protection function. You will formulate strategies, governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes to safeguard personal data across the organization.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, guide business units, and ensure data handling complies with applicable laws while maintaining trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university.
• Having minimum 3 years working experience in Data Privacy and Protection for managerial level.
• Proficient skills in handling Personal Data Protection, also Record of Processing Activities such as formulating its policy or procedures up to implementation in company.
• Having certification related to Data Privacy and Protection is preferred.
• Proficient skills in communication, collaboration accross division up to managerial level.
• Proficient skills in manage team.
• Willing to be placed at Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong, Tangerang and mobile to Graha BIP, South Jakarta if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the company's Personal Data Protection function by formulating strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Overseeing regulatory compliance and providing guidance to all business units to ensure data is managed securely and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain trust of customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
