Job summary

PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) invites a Compliance professional to assist the Compliance Head in driving the organization’s compliance program. The role focuses on regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, and implementing required measures with cross-functional teams.

You will promote awareness of regulatory updates, deliver targeted training, and support PDP Law compliance programs. The candidate will coach staff and collaborate with regulators to strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related major.
• 3+ years in Legal/Compliance within financial services.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and monitoring activities.
• Hands-on PDP Law implementation experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and regulators.
• Proficient English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentations; interest in AI tools.

Job description

Assist the Compliance Head in driving the organization's compliance agenda and promoting a strong culture of compliance throughout the business.

Interpret and assess regulatory developments, identify compliance risks and impacts, and coordinate the implementation of necessary compliance measures.

Ensure organization-wide awareness and understanding of new regulatory requirements through effective communication and training initiatives.

Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Personal Data Protection compliance programs in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

Supervise, coach, and develop team members through regular mentoring, performance reviews, and capability-building initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Law, or any related major.

Have a minimum 3 years experience especially in Legal and/or Compliance within the financial services industry.

Proven experience in regulatory compliance and compliance monitoring activities.

Hands-on experience in the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Intermediate skill for English both by written and verbally.

Advance in operating Microsoft Office, presentation skill, and Artificial Intelligent.
