RGE di Indonesia membuka peluang untuk peran Como Eng., Reliability Maint., Paper. Posisi ini fokus pada pemeliharaan keandalan mesin-mesin pada lini produksi kertas serta peningkatan kinerja peralatan secara berkelanjutan.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan diagnostik, penyetelan mekanik, dan pemeliharaan preventif untuk meminimalkan downtime. Pekerjaan penuh waktu dengan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan berorientasi kinerja.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman di bidang pemeliharaan keandalan mesin.
• Pemahaman dasar mekanikal dan diagnostik kerusakan.

Responsibilities

• Menyesuaikan dan menyelaraskan bagian mesin.
• Mengganti bagian mesin yang rusak sesuai kebutuhan.
• Melepaskan mesin lama untuk memberi ruang mesin baru.
• Memindahkan peralatan dan mesin.
• Memperbaiki atau mengganti komponen yang rusak.
• Melakukan uji coba dan produksi batch awal untuk memastikan mesin berjalan lancar.
• Mengatur dan menyetel peralatan agar sesuai spesifikasi maksimal.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Adjust and align machine parts


• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed


• Take apart existing machinery to clear floor space for new machinery


• Move machinery and equipment


• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components


• Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly


• Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications
