Job summary

You will lead the site CSR team and drive programs that create long-term value for surrounding communities through trust-building and compliant partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science, communication, or related field.
• At least 10 years’ CSR or external relations experience in mining or energy.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and social compliance.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR and community programs aligned with corporate objectives and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and social risk mitigation and grievance handling at site.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and evaluation of CSR and community development programs.
• Mentor CSR officers and site teams to ensure effective delivery.
