The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of community dynamics, strong interaction skills, and enthusiasm for esports and fintech igaming, with the ability to work remotely across Indonesia and nearby

Qualifications

• Indonesian language proficiency (open to Malaysians)
• 2+ years in managing social media communities, preferably in igaming or fintech
• Experience in community management within igaming/fintech industries
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian iGaming landscape
• Remote work readiness and self-management

• Manage and actively engage with community members across Telegram and other platforms
• Develop and implement community growth initiatives to drive engagement and expand audience
• Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to boost platform activity
• Organize and execute community campaigns, events, and engagement activities
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth objectives and KPIs

Job description

We are looking for a Community Specialist who can establish relationship, grow and attract more audience to join the group, continuously engage and establish gamification programs, build habits to active members, engage quiet members and convert them to register in the main product platform.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge about the importance of the community, how it works, as well as how to interact to make it engaging. This position expects the candidate to be enthusiastic about the e-sport and sports betting industries and find innovative ways to connect to community members old and new.

Key Responsibilities

- Managed and actively engaged with community members across Telegram and other communication platforms.

- Developed and implemented community growth initiatives to drive user engagement and expand the audience base.

- Conducted customer outreach and follow-ups to encourage continued engagement and platform activity.

- Organized and executed community campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives.

- Addressed member inquiries and resolved issues promptly while maintaining a professional approach.

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support growth objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

• Indonesian (open as well to Malaysians)
• At least 2 years of working experience in managing social media Communities in igaming industry is an advantage like (Ex. Telegram, FBs, X)
• Experience in community management within the fintech/iGaming industry.
• Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape in Indonesia
• Having a strong connection with the local Indonesian iGaming or fintech community is a big plus.
• Proficient in time management and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Familiarity with online community platforms in Indonesia
• Proven track record of activity within the iGaming industry trenches in Indonesia would be a great bonus point.
• Adoptable to Remote Work Set up
• Work Station Ready (PC/Laptop and Internet Connection)

Employment Terms

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+7) with a 1-hour break
• Annual leave & sick leave in line with company policy
