Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Commercial Junior Associate to support daily business operations and contribute to strategic commercial projects, ensuring end-to-end tracking and alignment with project roadmaps. You will liaise with Product, Engineering, Data, and other internal teams to define scope, expectations, and timelines, while collecting and analyzing data to monitor KPIs and flag risks early.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.
0–2 years in project management/coordination, business operations, or commercial analysis (relevant internships accepted).
Advanced Google Sheets & Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and structured problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain BAU operations for strategic commercial projects, alignment on project roadmaps, and end-to-end tracking of action items.
Liaise with internal business units and tech teams to align project scope, expectations, and timelines.
Collect, clean, and analyze project data to measure outcome metrics and monitor KPIs.
Design and maintain project tracking dashboards; deliver regular status reports to leadership.
Assist cross-functional teams in strategic planning and execution.
