Job summary

The Commercial HH Operator at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (CF Lengkong) oversees the safe operation of heavy machinery within our commercial farming operations, ensuring productivity and smooth farm processes.

Responsibilities include operating tractors, loaders, excavators, and forklifts; conducting checks, reporting issues, maintaining records, and collaborating with the team to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in farming or industrial settings.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License (SIO) for the machinery used.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tractors, loaders, excavators, and forklifts as required.
• Perform routine pre-operational checks and basic maintenance.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies on site.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting feed, livestock, and materials.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and safety awareness.
