Job summary

PT Apex Nusantara Indo is seeking a senior leader to direct the entire commercial function for Indonesia's seed business, including field crops and vegetables. The role focuses on profitable growth through Go-to-Market execution, channel development, demand generation, pricing strategy, and strong customer engagement.

The incumbent will be accountable for annual revenue, market share, operating margin and working capital performance across Indonesia's multi-island markets, leading a large field

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with 12–18+ years in agri-inputs, preferably seeds.
• Proven track record managing USD 20–50 million in revenue.
• Experience building distributor networks across Indonesia's multi-island markets.
• Experience leading large field teams and senior managers.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience leading a large field force and senior managers.
• Understanding of the Indonesian farmer ecosystem, agro-climatic zones, and seed regulations.
