This role requires 7+ years in commercial excellence or related FMCG roles and a strong track record of improving sales productivity

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial excellence, sales strategy, or related roles in FMCG/beverage context.
• Experience driving pricing optimization and strategic execution.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable plans across channels and markets.
• Refine pricing, promotions, trade investments, and innovations frameworks.
• Drive RTM optimization, distribution, segment and coverage models.
• Lead Sales Force Effectiveness programs, quotas, and coaching tools.
• Develop analytics, dashboards and insights for decision making.
