Job summary

LYD is seeking a detail-driven operations coordinator to ensure commercial agreements and brand partnerships are implemented across venues. You will align contract commitments with venue execution and sales performance, and you will drive follow-through on required actions.

You will monitor audits, track sales mix, and collaborate with venue teams to optimize partnerships while maintaining high standards of accuracy and communication in an energetic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or brand partnerships experience is a plus.

The role will monitor contractual commitments, conduct venue audits, track sales and sales mix, and ensure any required actions are followed through.

Requirement:

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, sales data, and reporting.
• Good understanding of hospitality/F&B operations.
• Able to work across multiple venues and coordinate with operational teams.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in hospitality, commercial operations, sales, auditing, or brand partnerships is an advantage.
