Responsibilities

• Mise en Place: preparing ingredients by cleaning, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meat.
• Assisting Chefs: supporting Chef de Parties by cooking basic dishes, plating food, and following recipes.
• Station Sanitation: maintaining a clean and organized workspace according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Stock Management: checking inventory, ensuring proper rotation of stock to prevent waste, and reporting shortages.
• Equipment Care: cleaning and maintaining kitchen tools and equipment.
