PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia is seeking a Colour Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Colour Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in fabric colour. The role requires strong knowledge of colour measurement, spectrophotometers, and colour management software, with fluent English.
You will review lab and bulk colour submissions, coordinate with the Regional Colour team, and work with garment makers to ensure colour matches meet Regional requirements.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Textile/ colour Engineering
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in fabric colour field
Knowledge working with Indonesian RM and vendors will be an added advantage
Decision making skills and understanding and experience of numerical colour measurement
Fluent English in written and spoken is a must
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Have a thorough understanding of visual and instrumental colour evaluation procedures
Good knowledge of testing of textile and fabric processing
Proficiency in spectrophotometers, colour management software and best operational practices
