PT Hino Finance Indonesia membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengelola aktivitas operasional penagihan (debtors) agar debitur memenuhi kewajibannya dan AR berkualitas sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan. Kandidat akan bekerja untuk menjaga kelancaran proses penagihan, evaluasi risiko, serta koordinasi dengan tim terkait.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, perencanaan yang matang, serta pengalaman di industri keuangan.

Qualifikationen

• Gelar Sarjana (S1) dari segala jurusan
• Memiliki SIM A (surat izin mengemudi)
• Pengalaman di bidang terkait dalam perusahaan keuangan merupakan keharusan
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik & membangun hubungan
• Kemampuan perencanaan & penggerakan aksi yang baik
• Keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang baik

• Laksanakan proses aktivitas operasional penagihan (debtors) agar semua debitor memenuhi kewajibannya kepada perusahaan dan kualitas AR sesuai target yang ditetapkan.

Carry out the process of operational activities handling Debtors so that all Debtors can fulfill their obligations to the company so that the quality of AR in that period is in accordance with the targets that have been set.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in all major

Having driving licence (SIM A) is a must!

Having experience in related field in financial company is a must

Excellent in communication & building relationship

Excellent in planning & driving action

Excellent problem-solving skills
