Hyatt Regency Bali, a beachfront hotel in Sanur, invites you to join us as Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within the Leisure segment by developing and managing relationships with luxury travel partners. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to identify new opportunities, manage performance, and maximize occupancy and revenue.

This role requires Indonesian eligibility, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a proven track record in luxury leisure

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing Leisure/FIT accounts, with exposure to luxury travel programs preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to manage professional relationships with high attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate sales, negotiation, and account management skills with a focus on revenue growth.
• Understand revenue impact of Leisure segment and identify upselling opportunities.
• Build relationships with travel partners and guests to drive repeat and referral business.

Responsabilités

• As Cluster Sales Manager, drive revenue growth within the Leisure segment by developing and managing relationships with luxury travel partners, consortia, tour operators, wholesalers, and key leisure accounts across assigned markets.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, manage account performance, support sales initiatives, and maximize occupancy, market share, and revenue.
