Job summary

Vlife Medical in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive clinic performance, meet sales targets, and develop new business with corporate and private clients.

You will actively follow up leads, present clinic products clearly, and build lasting relationships with patients and partners. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns. Must reside in Jakarta or Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field required; advanced degree desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Specialist, preferably in retail or health/clinic chain.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve designated targets for clinics.
• Follow up leads and prospective patients through corporate and private channels to drive consultations and sales.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through client acquisition and partnerships.
• Present and explain clinic products and services clearly and persuasively to patients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor performance for improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, corporate clients, and partners for referrals.
