Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited Indonesian medical school.
• Valid Indonesian medical license (STR) and current registration.
• ACLS and ATLS certifications are required or current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general practice or primary care.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations with medical histories and exams.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear options.
• Prescribe medications and maintain organized medical records.
• Perform routine clinical procedures and minor surgeries within general practice.
• Provide preventive services including vaccinations and screenings.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other professionals.
• Manage referrals to specialists and coordinate follow-up.
• Stay updated with medical advances through continuing education.
• Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity with diverse patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Analyze outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to urgent and emergency situations with decisive judgment.
