Job summary

PT. Protected Capital Construction is seeking a professional Building Cleaner with expertise in maintaining high hygiene standards for multi-storey buildings (3–4 floors).

The role covers interior and exterior cleaning, deep cleaning, equipment operation and chemical management. Candidates should have experience in cleaning services, housekeeping or villa cleaning, with knowledge of surface materials and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaning Service, Housekeeping, Building Cleaner or Villa Cleaner.
• Experience cleaning villas, hotels, apartments, buildings or construction projects.
• Experience cleaning multi-storey buildings (3–4 floors) is highly preferred.
• Capability in deep cleaning and exterior cleaning.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Good knowledge of chemical cleaning and characteristics of various building materials.
• Understanding of safety procedures for chemical and equipment use.
• Certifications in cleaning, housekeeping, occupational health and safety, work at heights, or related certifications are valued.
• Physical fitness, discipline, responsibility and ability to work independently and in teams.
• High attention to detail and focus on cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning on interior and exterior building areas, including hard-to-reach areas requiring specialized cleaning techniques.
• Clean multi-storey buildings (3–4 floors) including floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, windows, frames, building facades, outdoor areas, toilets, sanitation areas, corridors, balconies, villas, offices, warehouses and project facilities.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, both manual and mechanical, including vacuum cleaners, wet/dry vacuums, pressure washers, floor polishers, scrubbers and glass cleaning equipment.
• Determine and apply appropriate chemical cleaning products based on surface type and material (marble, granite, concrete, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, wood, aluminium, paint and facade materials).
• Understand dosage, mixing methods, application and safe storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Perform deep cleaning beyond routine maintenance to achieve high hygiene standards.
• Conduct post-construction cleaning when required.
• Maintain and care for all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report facility damage, difficult stains, surface damage or abnormal conditions to supervisors.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment when working, especially with chemicals or at heights, and comply with all occupational health and safety procedures.
