Manulife is seeking a Claim Verificator to join our Claims team in Jakarta. You will verify claim information, review documents, and support investigations by conducting verifications as needed.

You will prepare verification reports, identify discrepancies, and provide clear findings to support claim assessments and decisions. The role requires detail orientation, analytical mindset, and experience in claims verification or insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in claims verifications, with leadership experience preferred.

Job description

We are looking for a Claim Verificator to join our Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying claim information and supporting the investigation process by reviewing documents, conducting field or hospital verification when required, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure claim information is accurate and complete.

You will also prepare verification reports, identify any discrepancies or potential concerns, and provide clear findings to support the claim assessment and decision-making process. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable conducting investigations, and have experience in claims verification or the insurance industry.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead pricing-related campaign evaluations, including pre-launch assessment, risk review, and post-campaign effectiveness analysis.

• Develop and maintain campaign pricing and effectiveness-review frameworks.

• Collaborate with Distribution, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to evaluate initiatives from multiple perspectives.

• Provide analytical support for ad hoc pricing, product, competitive, and business questions.

• Produce clear and actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

• Prepare presentations and reports for business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and leadership meetings.

• Support annual strategic planning, including objectives, product mix targets, product margin assumptions, and new product roadmaps.

• Monitor progress against strategic plans and recommend actions where necessary.

• Contribute to market research, concept testing, pilot pricing models, and business cases for new pricing strategies.

• Coordinate pricing risk reporting and monitor post-launch product and portfolio performance.

• Identify emerging risks and provide recommendations for product optimization and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in claims Verifications, with leadership experience preferred
