PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK in Indonesia seeks a senior civil engineering leader to drive design, documentation, and standards across infrastructure and buildings. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee calculations, analyses, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards throughout all design stages.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to align design and execution requirements, while maintaining version control and thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Have min 5 years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in construction management administration.
• High integrity is a must
• Strong skills in data analysis, engineering documentation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of civil engineering designs, technical documentation, part specifications, and design standards across infrastructure and building projects.
• Oversee and review detailed engineering calculations, structural analyses, and technical plans.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across departments.
• Conduct trend research and foster innovation in design processes, material selection, and modelling methodologies.
• Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes, engineering drawings, and revisions.
• Evaluate team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and align goals with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and long-term project planning.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage of the design and finalization process.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and execution requirements.
• Supervise the use of civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000) and ensure team proficiency in technical platforms.
