Job summary

PT Mitratama Perkasa in East Kalimantan seeks a Civil Engineer to support reliability, maintenance, modification and improvement of civil and structural assets at our coal operations.

You will perform and review civil/structural works for CPP, OLC and related facilities, conduct site inspections, prepare drawings and calculations, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (S1).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in mining or industrial infra.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations and drainage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Civil 3D is a plus.
• Good QA/QC and HSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review civil/structural works for coal handling facilities (CPP, OLC).
• Conduct site inspections, condition assessments and evaluations of civil/structural assets.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, specs, BOQ/MTO, scopes, and method statements.
• Provide technical recommendations for repair, strengthening, modification, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, schedules and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Procurement, Project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, SNI and company standards.
