Job summary

Adaro Mining seeks a Civil Engineer to lead on-site construction and maintenance for hauling infrastructure in South Sumatra. You will ensure work aligns with schedules, designs and budgets while guiding field crews in preventive maintenance to support coal mobilization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, POP certification, and strong K3LH awareness. Based in Lahat, leadership and safety focus drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimal 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning, field execution, and KPL (settling pond) operations.
• Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification and strong K3LH awareness.
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the on-site construction and maintenance of hauling infrastructure, ensuring field execution aligns with schedules, designs, and budgets.
• Direct field crews to execute preventive maintenance schedules to guarantee that completed infrastructure optimally supports coal mobilization.
• Conduct periodic KPL (settling pond) operations, including mud draining and disposal, to minimize downtime and losses.
