Job summary

PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking a Packaging Graphics Designer to lead the end-to-end development of packaging artwork from the headquarter design phase to fully manufacturable packaging structures. You will supervise layered designs, ensure print-ready packaging, and guarantee language translations meet country regulations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of packaging artwork, print proofs, and market labels, while maintaining on-time review and approval

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
At least 1 year of packaging graphic design experience.
Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop or similar software.
Ability to create 2D packaging mockups and manage color & typography.

Responsibilities

Oversee development of packaging graphics from HQ to manufacturable designs.
Supervise layered packaging designs and ensure print-ready requirements for piloting/production.
Ensure packaging language translations comply with country regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of packaging graphics and print proofs.
Establish timely review processes for packaging artworks and approve market labels per timelines.
