Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
• Min 2 years of professional graphic design experience; strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe CC, especially Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Print file preparation: CMYK, bleeds, dyelines; ability to produce mock-ups.
• Premium aesthetics: clean layouts, typography, visual composition.
• Translate design requests into product/packaging specs for vendors.
• Comfort using AI generative tools for mood boards and exploration.
• Good written Indonesian and English; collaborative with seniors.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Manage design requests from multiple brands and report progress against agreed timelines to the direct superior.
• Compile mood boards, visual references, and design explorations to support packaging concepts.
• Adapt and re-layout existing textile designs and prints into packaging artwork across all Modinity Group brands.
• Develop packaging layout options and variations aligned with each brand's visual guidelines and premium positioning.
• Prepare design specifications covering dimensions, materials, colours, and finishes for vendor production.
• Present design concepts and options with mock-ups for brand review and approval.
• Prepare print-ready files according to technical specifications, including CMYK colour setup, bleeds, and dyelines.
• Check final artwork for accuracy of layout, colour, text, and dimensions before release to print.
• Coordinate proofing and artwork corrections with the packaging vendor or printer when required.
• Organize and maintain master packaging files and artwork versions for each brand.
• Assist the design team in creating standalone logos and brand identity elements.
• Update brand collateral to reflect current brand guidelines.
• Produce custom graphic artwork to support packaging and brand projects.

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in VisualCommunication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Min 2 years of professional graphic designexperience; open to fresh graduates with an strong portfolio.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of print file preparation, including CMYK, bleeds, and basic dyelines, and the ability to produce digital product mock-ups.
• Strong sense of premium aesthetics, including clean layouts, refined typography, and visual composition, demonstrated through a curated portfolio of packaging, logo, and brand identity work.
• Ability to translate design requests into product and packaging specifications for vendor production.
• Comfortable using basic AI generative tools for mood-boarding, brainstorming, and visual references.
• Highly adaptable, receptive to constructive feedback, and collaborative with senior team members.
• Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
