Modinity Group is seeking a skilled graphic designer in Jakarta to support packaging concepts across multiple brands. You will translate briefs into packaging artwork, create mood boards, and develop layout options that align with premium brand guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years of graphic design experience, strong Adobe CC skills, and a portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work. Indonesian and English communication is valued, with collaboration across senior team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
• Min 2 years of professional graphic design experience; strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe CC, especially Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Print file preparation: CMYK, bleeds, dyelines; ability to produce mock-ups.
• Premium aesthetics: clean layouts, typography, visual composition.
• Translate design requests into product/packaging specs for vendors.
• Comfort using AI generative tools for mood boards and exploration.
• Good written Indonesian and English; collaborative with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage design requests from multiple brands and report progress against timelines.
• Compile mood boards, visual references, and explorations to support packaging concepts.
• Adapt and re-layout existing textile designs into packaging artwork across brands.
• Develop packaging layout options aligned with brand guidelines and premium positioning.
• Prepare design specifications for vendor production (dimensions, materials, colours, finishes).
• Present design concepts with mocks for brand review and approval.
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleeds, dyelines) and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate proofing and artwork corrections with vendors or printers.
• Organize and maintain master packaging files and artwork versions.
