Qualifications

Job description

Lead the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company. Direct the development of digital products, applications, and systems from planning through implementation, while ensuring system security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all company systems.

Key responsibilities

Formulate and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap

Lead digital product, application, and system development from planning to implementation

Determine system architecture, technology standards, and platform development direction

Oversee software development, cloud infrastructure, IoT integration, and third-party service integration

Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability of all company systems

Lead, mentor, and develop engineering, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and technology teams

Oversee deployment processes, CI/CD, monitoring, disaster recovery, and engineering best practices

Manage technology budget, vendors, and system development projects

Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation to improve efficiency and competitiveness

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, System Architecture, or Technology

Understanding of software architecture, backend, frontend, mobile, database, API, Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making capabilities

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in dynamic, fast-growing environments
