Job summary

Noraa- is seeking a hands-on Data Science Manager to lead the development of analytical and machine-learning capabilities that drive business growth, operational performance, and customer experience.

You will translate complex business questions into practical data solutions, build and mentor a capable data science team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, CS, engineering, econ).
• Proven leadership of data science, analytics, ML, or decision-science initiatives.
• Strong statistical, experimental design, predictive modelling, and data storytelling skills.
• Fluent in Python and SQL with production data experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced tech/operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a data science and analytics team.
• Define and execute a practical data science roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Technology, and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Translate business questions into structured analytics, forecasting, ML, or optimization initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle: framing, exploration, development, validation, deployment, monitoring.
