Job summary

TechConnect GmbH in Jakarta, Indonesia invites an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive information security program. You will protect assets from threats, manage risks, and coordinate with business units to embed security across operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in info security with CISSP or equivalent, deep knowledge of frameworks, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, CISSP or other relevant security certification.
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and infrastructure components.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence tools, incident response tools, and vulnerability management solutions; familiarity with ISO-27001, PCI DSS.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with strategic thinking and incident handling capabilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program to protect assets.
• Manage security risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents by containing, investigating, and remediating.
• Work with business units to integrate security into all operations.
• Stay up-to-date on security threats and technologies and represent the organization externally on security matters.
