Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a senior finance executive to lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and audits across multi-property hospitality operations in Indonesia. You will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive performance, governance, and capital allocation.

Ideal candidates have a decade of senior finance experience, robust FP&A skills, and a strong track record in strategic decision making and stakeholder management within multi-unit environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including senior leadership.
• Experience in corporate finance within multi-property or multi-unit org, hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury and controls.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting across hotel ops and units.
• Monitor performance, costs, and working capital; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Establish policies, internal controls, risk management, and governance standards.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, capex planning, and investment evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

n The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and consolidated financial reporting across the organization's hotel operations and business units.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, operating costs, and working capital across properties, identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business results.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards across the organization.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, capital expenditure planning, and investment evaluation to ensure effective financial management and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and relevant financial regulations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management while collaborating with property leadership to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
