Nimbly Technologies is seeking a hands-on executive to own finance, legal, business operations, and HR. Working directly with the CEO, you will translate analysis into decisive actions, protect cash, and strengthen execution across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, with leadership and hands-on FP&A ownership
• Experience building processes in growth-stage companies, SaaS or recurring revenue preferred
• Strong financial modelling and ability to explain assumptions
• Experience overseeing HR, operations, and legal with external partners
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia for local operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Lead investor relations and board reporting with the CEO.
• Oversee contracts, governance, and external counsel coordination.
• Drive business operations improvements, vendor management, and automation.
• Lead HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
