Job summary

Tamora Padel Club is seeking a Senior/Chief Accountant to manage all financial operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow, payroll, and reporting, on-site in Tangerang.

You will ensure accurate records, support management decisions with data-driven insights, and maintain compliance with Indonesian taxation and local regulations. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Xero or Accurate is essential, along with Bahasa Indonesia fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, sports club, or F&B business.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and local financial regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial operations of Tamora Padel Club — including bookkeeping, cash flow management, payroll, and financial reporting.

This role requires a meticulous, trustworthy, and organized individual who can maintain accurate records, support management decisions with data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Achieves and exceeds goals, including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.

Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.

Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.

Monitors all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued.

Maintains a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets.

Completes period-end functions each period.

Provides direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, sports club, or F&B business.

Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and local financial regulations.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, or similar).
