Job summary

PT. Citra Marindo seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage full-set accounting operations at TAO PADEL ACADEMY - BATAM. You will record financial transactions, handle AP/AR, and perform journal entries and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation across various payment channels, income audit, and monthly closing with supporting schedules. Hospitality or high-volume retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably handling full-set accounting.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, wellness, sports, retail, or other high-volume daily transaction businesses is highly preferred.
• Able to perform real-time reconciliation and identify discrepancies between POS/system reports, cash, bank, EDC, QRIS, and other payment channels.
• Experience using Xero is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting and daily accounting operations.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including AP, AR, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Perform daily sales and income reconciliation across cash, bank, EDC, QRIS, marketplace/payment platforms, and other payment channels.
• Conduct daily income audit and transaction checking, including verification of sales reports against actual collections and system records.
• Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
