Job summary

JEN by Shangri-La is seeking a kitchen professional to maintain high standards of food preparation and service across designated kitchens in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management, has at least 1 year of related experience, and demonstrates strong English communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to adapt to multiple locations within the hotel group.
