• Perform location and feasibility studies to evaluate potential expansion opportunities.
• Analyze strategic initiatives, including business cases, business models, and growth opportunities.
• Track strategic initiatives and monitor implementation progress to ensure alignment with plans and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support effective execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and business reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor business performance periodically and provide insights into market trends and competitive intelligence.
