Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks a seasoned senior professional to lead development and execution of the category strategy for the NKA channel, driving annual growth targets and defining category roles with the Brand Manager.

You will ensure shopper and customer relevancy of innovations, coordinate NPD with Commercial & Supply Chain, and apply shopper insights to plans. Fluency in English and Bahasa is required along with strong business and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant business experience with people and project success.
• Experience across selling/trade, negotiation, category strategy, and related areas.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Cross-functional experience across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain (2 of 5).
• Proven leadership and commercial competency record.
• Customer-facing role success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy for NKA channel.
• Define category roles with Brand Manager and POB/POP.
• Ensure shopper & customer relevancy of innovations.
• Coordinate NPD development with Commercial & Supply Chain.
• Gather shopper insights to plans.
• Run RGM initiatives to sustain profitability.
