Market Mapping & Site Scouting: Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations (malls, high streets, or ruko) for new retail channels based on target demographics and market potential.
Feasibility & P&L Analysis: Conduct commercial assessments, traffic studies, and financial feasibility analyses (ROI/P&L projections) for potential new sites.
Lease Negotiation: Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and property agents regarding rental rates, fit‑out periods, and lease terms to secure the best commercial deals.
End‑to‑End NSO Management: Manage the project timeline for New Store Openings, ensuring seamless coordination between fit‑out contractors, visual merchandising, and internal operations.
Permitting & Legalities: Oversee the procurement of necessary local business licenses, permits, and utility setups required for store launch readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Real Estate, Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Channel Development, Retail Expansion, Property Scouting, or NSO within the retail, franchise, or electronic industries. ( A MUST! )
Strong network and relationship with major property developers, mall managements, and landlords.
Sharp analytical skills with experience in calculating financial feasibility for retail properties.
Highly mobile, hands‑on, and willing to travel frequently for site visits and on‑site project monitoring.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for reporting and business negotiations.
Have own vehicles (motorcycles at least)
