Job summary

Shanghai Qianguan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is expanding into Indonesia. We seek a local partner in Indonesia to develop and manage channel networks, including 3C digital stores, carrier channels, and e-commerce partners, driving local sales strategies and long-term distributor relationships.

You will gain deep insight into Indonesian consumer needs and market trends, provide frontline feedback for product selection and pricing, and coordinate promotions and launches with HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior sales in the 3C industry is a plus.
• Existing channel resources and network in Indonesia is preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining local retail channel networks (3C stores, carrier channels, e-commerce partners).
• Formulating and executing local channel sales strategies to hit company targets.
• Building, managing and empowering downstream distributors and dealers in Indonesia.
• Providing frontline market feedback for product selection and pricing.
• Planning channel promotions, product launches, and in-store displays.
• Regularly gathering competitor and market intelligence to support HQ decisions.
• Coordinating with Shanghai HQ on products, pricing, and policies.
