Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks a Regional Senior Facilities Executive for the Central region to oversee daily facility operations and interfaces with the ESPG regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia. You will manage FM tasks, coordinate with landlords, and support budgeting while ensuring data collected is timely and accurate.

The role requires strong CMMS proficiency, project management, and a degree in Hospitality/Property/Facilities Mgmt/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Property, Facilities Management, or Engineering.
• Proficient in CMMS.
• Strong project management skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning facility checks in the office.
• Interface with ESPG region stakeholders (Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines/Malaysia/Singapore).
• Serve as the point of contact for FM and building landlords.
• Assist tactical planning for facilities teams’ goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting with SEC HQ and regional leads.
