Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Claims Analyst to manage data verification and completeness of employee medical claim submissions, converting hardcopy records into digital datasets.

You will conduct initial screening of submissions against terms and conditions, serve as the first point of contact for employees on medical matters, and coordinate with insurance providers to ensure smooth handling and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in processing claims.
• Experience or familiarity with medical claims is preferred.
• Ability to verify data accuracy across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage data verification and ensure completeness of employee medical claim submissions.
• Convert and reconcile manual hardcopy records into digital claims datasets.
• Perform initial screening of medical claim submissions based on company terms and conditions.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees regarding medical circumstances and claims, coordinating with insurance providers to ensure quality service.

• Preferably has experience as a Medical Assessor from Insurance Company (Perusahaan Asuransi Perseorangan / Badan).
• Attention to Detail / Meticulous.

Job Description :

• Manage all data verification, completeness, thoroughness of all employee medical claim submission and conduct comparative data set from manual hardcopy to data set of claims.
• Conduct first screening process in evaluating all medical claims submissions documents based on terms & conditions from the Company.
• Act as first liner in coping inquiries from related Employee regarding their medical circumstances, claims and liaising with Insurance provider to provide a great customer service toward employee.
