Job summary

EY Indonesia is seeking an Internal Audit (System & Procedure) Associate to support the Core Business Services (CBS) team in Jakarta. You will help improve finance and accounting processes, collaborate across Finance, IT, and Risk Management, and contribute to EY's commitment to delivering quality service and sustaining growth.

You will review FA procedures, SOPs and data flows, engage with stakeholders, and participate in knowledge development for FA areas such as AR, AP and GL within SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.20
• Good communication
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
• Advanced MS Office skills including Pivot and VLOOKUP
• Ability to manage large amounts of data and compile detailed reports

Responsibilities

• Perform & control the Finance and Accounting (FA) procedures and ensure compliance with regulations/policies
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate FA SOPs and accounting documentation/flowcharts/data for ad-hoc projects
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders
• Conduct follow ups to findings
• Engage in continuous knowledge development for FA modules (e.g., AR, AP, GL, SAP)

Responsibilities

• Perform & control the Finance and Accounting (FA) procedures and compliance with all applicable regulations/policies


• Obtain, analyze and evaluate the existing FA’s SOP and accounting documentation/flowcharts/data based on the ad-hoc project


• Maintain open communication with Stakeholders


• Conduct follow up to the findings


• Engage to continuous knowledge development to all FA modules (e.g. AR, AP, Billing, GL, Payment, etc) regarding to the SAP system

Requirements
