Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and database management.
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
• Independent, mature, friendly, and hard working.
• Desirable to have experience in computer processing and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the breakdown and scheduled maintenance programs.
• Determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do.
• Demonstrate commitment to personal safety and team safety.
• Follow and abide by all Safety Initiatives.
• Communicate information clearly in speaking and writing.
• Assist in keeping maintenance records.
• Develop close working relationships with shift supervisor.
• Oversee monthly physical inventories and cycle counts of spare parts.
• Instill and maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Assist other site employees in plant as needed.

Your Role at Cabot: Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
