Savaya is looking for a Cashier to support its Bali operations. You will process guest transactions, manage cash and payment records, and work closely with service and finance teams to help ensure every transaction is handled accurately and professionally.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who stays composed during busy service, communicates clearly, and takes care with every payment.

What You’ll Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

You will process payments and maintain accurate transaction records while supporting efficient service operations.

• Processing cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately
• Issuing receipts and checking transactions against bills or orders
• Handling cash securely and following established cash‑control procedures
• Balancing the cash drawer and completing end‑of‑shift reconciliation
• Reporting and helping resolve payment discrepancies, refunds, or transaction issues
• Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and payment terminals
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and preparing required cashier reports
• Coordinating with service teams to confirm bills, orders, and payment details
• Responding to guest payment questions politely and professionally
• Keeping the cashier area organised and following cash‑handling and security procedures
• Escalating suspected errors, irregular transactions, or system issues to the appropriate team member
• Supporting finance and operations teams with transaction documentation when required

Could This Be You?

• Have experience as a cashier or in a customer‑facing hospitality, retail, or service role
• Are comfortable handling cash, processing card payments, and using POS systems
• Work accurately and maintain attention to detail, especially during busy periods
• Communicate courteously with guests and colleagues
• Can manage transactions efficiently while remaining calm and professional
• Are dependable, organised, and able to follow cash‑handling procedures
• Can work effectively as part of a team and follow through on assigned tasks
• Are comfortable using basic computer systems and completing simple transaction records
• Can work in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Understand the importance of confidentiality, security, and accurate financial records

Experience handling payments in a restaurant, bar, club, hotel, or other high‑volume hospitality venue would be an advantage. Familiarity with POS systems and common payment methods used in Bali is also beneficial.
