Job summary

ALPHA INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S SPECIALISTS SDN BHD in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a patient-focused hospital cashier to handle transactions, receipts and daily financial records with accuracy.

You will greet customers, manage payments via cash, cards, vouchers and QR, maintain confidentiality, and work with a team to deliver excellent patient service. Prior hospital cashier experience and Teramedik knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma (D3) Accounting / Economy / Business Adm or equivalent applicable experience.
• 3 years of experience.
• Prior experience as a cashier in a hospital / clinic setting is preferred.
• Proficient in computer operation and cashier system on Hospital/Clinic information system, preferably Teramedik.
• Able to prepare simple daily financial record.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Good communication skills and strong patient/customer service orientation.
• Trustworthy and reliable with strong ethical standards in financial handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, QR code or online transfer)
• Issuing receipts, refunds or change due to customers
• Checking and counting money in cash draws at the beginning of shifts and in the end of shifts to ensure that the amount is correct and there is adequate change
• Keep records of transactions
• Attend to customer queries and provide relevant information or policies
• Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc and related matters and when requested, including cross-departments if needed
• Greet customers entering or leaving establishment and be polite at all times
• Refer to superior for assistance where necessary, cashier has no authority to amend billing, waive charges, or approve refunds without written approval
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical and financial information in accordance with hospital policy

Requirements:
