Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our Bekasi Timur, Bogor, or Agora locations. The role focuses on patient billing, receivables follow-up, and maintaining accurate financial data for reference in billing processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking with at least 1 year of hospital experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in hospitals.
• Able to communicate and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on receivables and bill patients to meet due dates.
• Bookkeeping of payments from guarantor company bills and maintain current data as billing reference.
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities for superiors.
• Pull data by service transaction code to ensure doctors are compensated for services rendered.

Job description

Follow up on all receivables, including billing patients, so that they do not exceed the due date.

Bookkeeping of payments from guarantor company bills and ensuring existing data is the latest data to be used as a billing reference.

Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be reported to superiors.

Pulling and verifying data based on the service transaction code when the patient visits to ensure the doctor gets compensation according to his services and action

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in hospitals environment is required for this position, fresh graduates welcome to apply

Able to communicate and work well in a team

High integrity and capable of maintaining confidentiality of financial data.

Proficient in excel, experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be beneficial.

Willing to be placed in Siloam Hospitals Bekasi Timur; or Siloam Hospitals Bogor; or Siloam Hospitals Agora
