Job summary

PT Terang Solusi Semesta in Bali is seeking a Cargo Operations Coordinator to manage daily export/import cargo, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee ULD inventory control at the DPS station.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in air cargo or aviation, with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and English is essential. Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo, cargo operations, or aviation industry preferred
• Strong multitasking, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and flexible hours when required
• Familiar with cargo export/import operations and local market experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess valid driving license (CDL preferred)
• Good command of English and local language; basic Chinese is a plus
