Job summary

PT. Omnicare Med Indonesia is hiring for a medical device sales role focused on coronary intervention products. You will visit hospitals regularly, engaging Cathlab teams, doctors, nurses, and procurement to expand accounts and achieve sales targets.

You will present products, support installations, monitor stock, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs while reporting on activity and progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably from Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology (TKV), Medical/Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in coronary intervention/cardiovascular products.
• Candidates with experience working in or supporting Cathlab procedures are highly preferred.
• Good understanding of coronary intervention procedures and Cathlab environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and business development mindset with target-oriented approach.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, Cathlab teams, and procurement.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular hospital visits.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and marketing activities for medical devices, specifically coronary intervention products.
• Visit hospitals regularly, approximately 2–3 hospitals per day.
• Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, nurses, Cathlab teams, procurement, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new potential accounts.
• Conduct product penetration to end users, Cathlab teams, and procurement.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Support product/unit installation at hospitals when required.
• Monitor and conduct regular stock checks at customer sites.
• Provide product support during coronary intervention procedures/clinical cases according to company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders, stock, installation, and other sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports related to hospital visits, customer activities, sales progress, and account development.
