PT Terumo Indonesia is actively seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Cardiovascular/Therapeutic Area to lead the CV/TA portfolio in Indonesia. You will own P&L, define country strategy, and guide cross-functional teams to align with Terumo regional and global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in commercial or business leadership roles with some P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in sales and marketing leadership within a matrix organization.
• Experience working with regional and global stakeholders preferred.
• Strategic business planning and execution.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• People leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Change leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country business strategy for the CV/TA portfolio in alignment with regional and global direction.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin management, and operating expense control.
• Lead annual operating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year growth initiatives.
• Identify and drive new growth opportunities through portfolio optimization and market development.
• Define and implement sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to achieve sustainable growth.
• Ensure strong understanding of market dynamics, competition, customer needs, and reimbursement environment.
• Lead key customer engagement including major accounts, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
