Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Smart cards or Sim card technology is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Owns responsibility for the customer products technical setup and configuration.
• Owns the review and feasibility analysis for new project specification and offers professional suggestions.
• Interfaces with stakeholders during the Profile Design process from request to validation and approval.
• Ensures product configuration is in-line with customer requirements and production criteria.
• Provides support to Engineering, Management, and Quality teams through Continuous Process Improvement.
• Troubleshoots technical issues during product design or mass production and drives resolution.
• Contributes to training and onboarding of new joiners on tools and technology.
• Works under close supervision on low complexity projects.
