Job summary

Forest Carbon seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a carbon project portfolio from planning through implementation, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. The role bridges HQ and field teams to translate strategies into field execution, driving operational performance and cross-functional collaboration across all project sites.

The successful candidate will lead the Field Team, ensure resource availability, coach leaders, and uphold safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating field operations.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Understanding of Nature-based Solutions is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned carbon projects with milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop project execution plans and coordinate HQ and Field teams.
Monitor performance, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Lead, manage, and develop the Senior Field Manager and Field Managers.
Coordinate activities across HQ functions and Field teams; escalate risks as needed.
Ensure governance, reporting, and audit-ready project documentation.
