About the role

As part of the Product Marketing - Campaign team, you’ll help strengthen how customers discover and engage with products on Blibli’s platform. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homepage, campaign assets, and bank partner promotions are curated with the right strategy, storytelling, and market relevance — improving engagement and conversion while supporting business priorities.

As a Campaign Senior Staff, you’ll be responsible for executing daily merchandising layouts, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring promotional assets run accurately across digital touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external brand partners, and bank partners to deliver compelling marketing moments that drive visibility, sales performance, and a cohesive customer experience.

What We'll Be Working on Together
  • Execute and manage daily homepage merchandising, including carousel banners, long banners, and Premium Highlights.
  • Curate and manage Exclusive Brand Deals, category highlights, and priority campaign placements.
  • Support merchandising layout and content strategy for Campaign Tier 1 & Tier 1+ pages.
  • Develop and maintain weekly homepage merchandising performance reports.
  • Create work orders for bank partner promotion pages and ensure accuracy of uploaded assets.
  • Manage merchandising execution for bank promotion landing pages, ensuring alignment with internal and partner guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and timeline alignment.
Qualifications
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Business Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in content marketing, merchandising, retail, or marketplace operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with brand communication, marketing execution, or copywriting is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
